It’s mid April 2013 and people still share on FB and tweet
about boycott. It is a famous share and tweet especially when USA or Israel
attacks Muslim country. Like this thing can help stop the war and bring peace
to the world. Products that are on top of the list, of course McD and
Starbucks. If you notice, McD had changed their advertisement on television
which contains a hidden message that they want to deliver. Sadly, not all of us
are smart enough to think what they want to say. There are some of my friends
on FB post their status regarding this and said they did not understand what
the advertisement is all about. I hope they will grow some brain later. I’m not
saying I’m really smart but that advertisement is not a mathematical formula or
even rocket science experiment. It's just a critical thinking that if you open
your eyes wide enough, you can clearly see what is the message behind the
story. It is a message for people that boycott their product, you guys.
Obviously they said that they had offered a lot of job opportunities for people
in our country. That will reduce the percentage of unemployment and help economics
in our country in case you still don’t know or never care to learn basic
economy.
Also, if you ever heard both of them and most of the products that you’re
boycotting are franchises that open in our country. So, basically don’t blame
the products. Instead, blame the people that open the franchise in our country.
But on the second thought, who is going to eat at MarryBrown instead of McD?
That’s my point exactly. If our country is like Japan or South Korea that have
lots of own products and our people support our own products, we don’t even
need to boycott at first place. Maybe it is the time for us to be creative and
beat those international products, so that we don’t have to depend on them? (yeah, that's a question) And after all, do you still think boycotting is a good idea?
**In before, don’t just share if you don’t know what it
means. fyi, you will not go to heaven just because you share a lot of things on
the internet.
