swing swing

Hey, it's Monday again! So, Monday Blues anyone? Actually it's unfair to put the blame on the day. Maybe it's not the day, it's all about yourself. Like me, I don't know why but I always mad with everything this lately. Even the smallest thing. I guess that's why I don't write much and update this blog everyday like I always do. It's not good to feel this way but I can't help it. And since I don't know what to write in here, I just want to share this part from the manga that I read.

Yup, I read love manga too. So what? haha. Here's the link if you want to read full manga the link (but I've to warn you, this manga update take forever)

Girlcott, no?

It’s mid April 2013 and people still share on FB and tweet about boycott. It is a famous share and tweet especially when USA or Israel attacks Muslim country. Like this thing can help stop the war and bring peace to the world. Products that are on top of the list, of course McD and Starbucks. If you notice, McD had changed their advertisement on television which contains a hidden message that they want to deliver. Sadly, not all of us are smart enough to think what they want to say. There are some of my friends on FB post their status regarding this and said they did not understand what the advertisement is all about. I hope they will grow some brain later. I’m not saying I’m really smart but that advertisement is not a mathematical formula or even rocket science experiment. It's just a critical thinking that if you open your eyes wide enough, you can clearly see what is the message behind the story. It is a message for people that boycott their product, you guys. Obviously they said that they had offered a lot of job opportunities for people in our country. That will reduce the percentage of unemployment and help economics in our country in case you still don’t know or never care to learn basic economy

Also, if you ever heard both of them and most of the products that you’re boycotting are franchises that open in our country. So, basically don’t blame the products. Instead, blame the people that open the franchise in our country. But on the second thought, who is going to eat at MarryBrown instead of McD? That’s my point exactly. If our country is like Japan or South Korea that have lots of own products and our people support our own products, we don’t even need to boycott at first place. Maybe it is the time for us to be creative and beat those international products, so that we don’t have to depend on them? (yeah, that's a question) And after all, do you still think boycotting is a good idea?

**In before, don’t just share if you don’t know what it means. fyi, you will not go to heaven just because you share a lot of things on the internet.

the world as we know it

I’m not sure what’s going on with this world. It’s like I don’t even know it anymore. People kill each other; throw a bomb like throwing a letter; declare a war like change relationship status on FB. It is like the word peace only exists in the Oxford dictionary. Beside the war, other things such global warming everywhere and earthquakes every day also hit me with thousand of questions.  Is this a sign that the end of the world is near? If you can see all these signs and you know it is true, would you do something or just sit around like nothing happen and go on with your life? What we should do actually? To be honest, I’m really scared when my mind starts to think about this. I’m not ready, I’m not ready, I’m not ready…

3 words, 8 letters

These three words do not necessarily have to be ‘I love you’. It could be ‘I like you’ too. The last time I said I like someone; it was end up with my heart hurts once again. Is it wrong to like someone? No. Is it wrong to like someone too much until we have our heart broken? Yes. Like is not love. It is totally a different feeling. But like is a starting of love. We like someone and then if the person likes us back, then the feelings could turn into love. What is possibly could be wrong? The person we like doesn’t like us back. But that was not the worst part. The worst part is when the person said he/she likes you back but then you know that it is not true, and you end up with the broken heart (again). And of course the hardest part in finding true love is first to find someone that can say he/she likes you back (if you say it first) and that person isn’t lying. Even I’m still in a denial stage (where I once said I don’t want to fall in love anymore), but deep down in my heart I know some part of me will always waiting for someone that can make me like him more than video games, Paramore songs, art and photography, and he likes me back.

Can I have Combo C, please?

So, it’s been a while I’m not updating any entry in here. Last 2 days, I watched this malay drama on tv9 which’s about a guy that only has 90 days to live. If you are in his situation, what would you do? Just for the sake of sharing, here are top 10 bucket list/ things to do before you die (yes, I Google it) and what are mine:

  1. Become a millionaire
  2. Travel the world
  3. See the northern lights
  4. Walk the great wall of China
  5. Completely pay off your mortgage
  6. Go on the Inca Trail in Peru
  7. See the 7 Wonders of the world
  8. Visit the pyramids in Egypt
  9. Invent something that changes lives
  10. Visit Antartica
From those 10, only travel the world is in my bucket list (which is too mainstream, don’t you think?) Others, meh.. I’m not interested in walking great wall or see the 7 wonders, even invent something that changes lives sound pretty interesting. I have these much list so far (I know. Some of them are quite ridiculous)
  • Breakfast at Tiffany
  • Shoot a crazy video with my best friends/do a cover on youtube
  • Do a bungee jumping
  • Do Cosplay or attend a Halloween party
  • Ride the scariest roller coaster in this planet
  • Own a cupcake store
  • Have my own band (since it is too late, then my own rock band complete set also can la)
  • Smoke weed (I hope I’m not getting arrested for typing this)
  • Do some cool stuff that I’ve seen in the movie or drama series
  • Kiss a girl? LOL
That’s all I think, maybe. I will edit once I want to add some more. So, now how about yours?

instant coffee

I was thinking to write about me, politics and music in an entry. So, here we go, 3 in 1. There is a new song from Avril entitle ‘Here to never grow up’ and coincidentally Paramore also has a song about ‘Grow Up’ in their new album. Since I still have 3 years and half before grow into a woman, it made me wonder, Am I a girl now? I’m not at a crossroad to discover what I am even people kept telling me I’m less a woman.  Maybe they said that because the way I dress up, talk and I love football and video games instead of handbag and shoes. I don’t wear a dress, don’t know how to wear makeup, I don’t know what are the difference between shoes (all I know is sneakers, sandal, slippers, high heel and wedges) and colors. Is that made me less a woman? If a woman not shown their feminist side, is that will make her less woman? Anyway, I still can cook though and love baking. (Ops, some men do cook and baking too. LOL) Or maybe I’m in denying stage where I don’t want to grow up because I’m enjoying my life this way.

How is this related to politics? The question, of course. Same as less a woman, if you have something to say about how to change your country to a better nation or you support the other party because you think it is better than the other one, is that made you less patriotic about your country? Unfortunately, I have an answer for this question and the answer is big NO. In fact, it supposes to make us more patriotic because we care about our nation and we want the best for all of us and our country. There is a lot of improvement should be taken by government seriously if they really want to build a better nation, instead from what they wrote in their manifesto. I would say here, as a starting maybe by reducing their spending on the GE campaign. Like seriously, in this year and age, who the hell gives a damn about how many flags you wave in a state?

mirror, mirror in my cupboard

So, this week still no new episode of himym. Waiting for Ted to finally meet his wife is just as same as waiting for my other half. It's still a mystery. Oh, I get inspire to post this entry because I'm getting obsess with Justin Timberlake new single, "mirrors" which is also the one and only song that I like in his new album.

As I stand in front of my mirror, I still can't see the other half of me,
But tomorrow is a mystery, let the past be a history,
Someday I can finally see him through my reflection and complete my whole story...
